About Ava Professionally...

I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1976 and am very proud of the reputation that I have built in my many years in Real Estate. I think communication is the most important part of any transaction. That is communicating to the seller, the buyer, the lender and the title agency. A phone call only takes a minute and the person on the other end knows they have not been forgotten.

I was named "Realtor of the Year" by the Stark County Association of Realtors for 2000.  I have received the President's Sales Club Award by the Ohio Association of Realtors for the years 1994 through present. I was presented with the Mega Tau Rho Award by the Ohio Association of Realtors in 2000 for service given to the Real Estate Industry.

I have served as the President of Women's Council of Realtors for the Akron Chapter and was the 1998 President of Women's Council of Realtors for the Stark County Association of Realtors. I served as the National Women's Council of Realtors' Governor for 2000. In addition, I have served on many committees on Local, State and National levels. I feel it is very important to be involved in what effects my industry.

About Ava Personally...

My approach to life is to live by the Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you...." and I cannot fail. As long as you treat your clients and customers honestly and ethically you will always be in business.

I am able to give back to my community by sharing my life with others. I was born with only one hand and have the use of a prosthesis (hook). I do many school and civic club presentations. I tell of my life growing up with a physical disability and share many stories, some sad and some funny. I like people to know that we are the ones that set our limitations.

I live at Lake Mohawk in Malvern, Ohio and I share my life with my husband, Bob, and our two children Scott and Robyn and theirn families.

I was 2002 & 2003 Top Producer For MOTTS REALTORS.  I was #1 for "Outstanding First year of production at MOTTS REALTORS" and the new #1 in MOTTS REALTORS history for "First Year of Production" and the #2 Top Producer for the Malvern office in 1999. Overall To Producer in 2002 and 2003. Executive Club Award in 2003. I am a graduate of Floyd Wickmans "Sweat Hogs" course and Leadership Realtor, I completed Fast Track training in 2003, I received the OAR Presidents sales club award of achievement from 2000 - present. I am an active member of the Stark County Association of Realtors serving on various committees, as well as a member of Women's Council of Realtors. I am very involved with my communtiy, volunteering to help with many projects. I coach the Jr. High Cheerleaders at Malvern. I live at Lake Mohawk in Malvern, Ohio. I share my life with fiance' Matt.
