Ava and Robyn have been permanent residents of Lake Mohawk for 22 years.  Their knowledge of  the community, property values and lot locations is a definite asset when showing properties to prospective buyers. Their professionalism, marketing strategy, skills and attention to their client's needs have made them Lake Mohawk's top producing team year after year.

Both Ava and Robyn are members of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce.

Professionally...  I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1976 and am very proud of the reputation that I have built in my many years in Real Estate. I think communication is the most important part of any transaction. That is communicating to the seller, the buyer, the lender and the title agency. A phone call only takes a minute and the person on the other end knows they have not been forgotten. I was named "Realtor of the Year" by the Stark County Association of Realtors. I have received the President's Sales Club Award by the Ohio Association of Realtors. I was presented with the Mega Tau Rho Award by the Ohio Association of Realtors for service given to the Real Estate Industry. I have served as the President of Women's Council of Realtors for the Akron Chapter and was the President of Women's Council of Realtors for the Stark County Association of Realtors. I served as the National Women's Council of Realtors' Ohio Governor. In addition, I have served on many committees on Local, State and National levels. I feel it is very important to be involved in what effects my industry.

Personally...  My approach to life is to live by the Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you...." and I cannot fail. As long as you treat your clients and customers honestly and ethically you will always be in business. I live at Lake Mohawk in Malvern, Ohio and I share my life with my husband, Bob.

Professionally... Robyn Clark - Specializing in Lake Mohawk and Carroll County areas! I've been in Real Estate since 1998. I am a graduate of Floyd Wickmans "Sweat Hogs" course and Leadership Realtor, I completed Fast Track training in 2003, I received the OAR Presidents sales club award of achievement from 2000 - present. I am an active member of the Stark County Association of Realtors serving on various committees, 2009, 2010 Executive Club,  2011 100% Club Award Winner, as well as a member of Women's Council of Realtors.
